Who We Are

We are a small batch, specialty coffee roaster established in 2021 in the beautiful city of Etowah, Tennessee. Our 12oz coffee bags are roasted to order, meaning that the coffee beans do not get roasted until you order them. This ensures you get the freshest, best tasting coffee experience possible. As of December of 2024 we are operating under the cottage food laws of Tennessee.

Our Roasting Process

We use an Artisan 3e fluid bed roaster. A fluid bed roaster forces hot air into the hopper through the beans. The flow of hot air heats the coffee beans and provides a constant movement throughout the bean bed.

This process ensures that the coffee beans are only in contact with the hot air during the roast, producing a clean smooth tasting coffee.
